9.0Location was perfect and had all the essentials needed.
− There was sadly no draws to put clothing in and unfortunately I struggled to find the flat late at night as google maps showed a different house down the street on the opposite side of the road.
The worst experience I have ever had at any place I’ve traveled to.
1.0During my stay at this property, I had several parcels delivered. They were delayed, and the host took them without providing any explanation. The total value of these parcels was approximately £500. Despite providing evidence via email and photos showing the parcels at the property and addressed correctly, the host claimed not to have received them, blocked me, and turned off their phone. I cannot recommend this property due to this behavior.

9.0We had a great stay at this property. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, including the train station. It offered excellent value for money, with spacious and comfortable accommodations at a very reasonable price. A small accident happened just before our arrival: the window above the bed had been left slightly open, and a strong rain shower had soaked part of the pillow and duvet. However, the owner responded immediately and resolved the issue to our full satisfaction. We really appreciated the quick and professional handling. Would definitely recommend to other travelers looking for convenience without breaking the bank.

− Con il clima che abbiamo trovato, essendo una mansarda, il ventilatore presente in casa è insufficiente per raffrescare l'ambiente, io proporrei un semplice split a pompa di calore per poterlo utilizzare sia d'estate che d'inverno.
