− Little outdated and not clean in some areas
A very peacful but somewhat dated retreat close to excellent beaches and good ammenities.
6.0The location was so peaceful and we enjoyed watching turtles and birds from the look out. We were well positioned for beautiful beaches and local amenities. The kitchen was well equipt and there was a linen closet with spare towels etc. There was plenty of storage for clothes in the bedrooms and the beds were comfortable. There is a handy laundry room with a massive washing machine and drier. The house was clean except for one issue listed below. It really does feel private as the description; so much nicer than the gated comunities ubiquitous in the area. The combinatoin lock is a great idea as you don't need to worry about keys.
− The house is very dated and could do with some money spending on it, for example the back slide doors jam and don't lock fully, there is not much kitchen worktop space and the fittings etc are old fashioned and tired looking and the lighting is harsh and switches not where they should be. The quilts on the bed were stained and stale smelling so I washed them but honestly I think they need replacing with new. I mentioned this to the owners who directed me to the linen closet for spares but whether they have followed this up with the cleaning team I don't know.
