The flat is very well located, close to train and metro stations, hop on-off bus stops, small shops, parks, shopping centres and several attractions. It has three bedrooms, which was great for us as both of our children could sleep separately. The living room is spacious, and the terrace is huge, although we didn't get a chance to use it. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the small kitchen. You don’t have to carry the flat’s key with you all day long as it opens with an app. Amazing!!! TV channels are only in Spanish, but that’s not a problem since we didn’t have time to watch TV. No Netflix. Note: THE walls are EXTREMELY thin. The biggest downside was the noise from the neighbours. They were incredibly loud. A fee seemed to be up all night. We could hear them constantly throughout all five nights of our stay, including using a smoothie maker at 1:30 am! The noise made it very difficult to sleep. So needed earplugs. After that we were fine. Overall, the flat has a great location and plenty of space in the living room, but the noise from the neighbours was a major issue during the night.

− Super loud neighbours in the flat. Extremely thin walls. Please bring earplugs if you want to get a good night's sleep. I certainly needed mine! The walls inside would need a lick of fresh paint everywhere.

Le système de clés : clé virtuelle est intéressant. Pour autant nous n'avions qu'un seul téléphone avec abonnement international. Nous n'avions pas vu ce détail en faisant la réservation.

− Do not book this place, the property management is inhumane. They refused to refund after I complained that 2 out of the 3 ACs are not working. I have informed them that we cannot stay in such unbearable heat and condition. They insisted that it was working even if I sent proof that the AC was in cool mode (snowflake). I also had an issue with the washing machine and they didn't give any instructions. Again, it's part of what I paid for. We left the venue an hour after checking in and they only insisted that the unit was fine with no regard for us. I'm also frustrated with booking.com who didn't bother to help out. This will be the last.
