− We booked an apartment that was really too small for 4 people. We were told we should not have booked it but I put in the number of travellers and it was offered as an option. It was an apartment for 2 people really. They put in extra beds which was ok if a bit cramped but there was a tiny table for 2 and 2 armchairs- no sofa. The hot tub was warm - not hot. The staff on duty did their best to fix it but it couldn’t be fixed. Chris did try. It was a lot of money to spend on such cramped conditions with a hot tub that didn’t work properly.
