− The location is unsuitable if you have children. To get to your located parking spot is a total nightmare. Very dangerous and with a 3 year old is totally a no go.
Very relaxing at a beautiful location, very homely.
7.0Location , Veiw , homely feel , very relaxing venue .
− Little tricky access to parking , property needs a bit of general maintenance doing. Simple things like doors have no latches , there is a little bit of damp smell in property, generally is a little tired in places , could do with decor touching up in places , outdoor cushions for furniture need replacing , plants in top of garden blocking veiw from balcony when sitting down.

− The main road as soon as you leave the steps it is impossible to walk along safely there is not enough room between the double yellow lines and the hedge .. slippery moss covered steps and path.. decking lighting not working and property had not been cleaned properly inside curtain broken gutter broken it rained heavily and path was a pool

− Stairs to get up slippery plant need to be cut back on walking up stairs beds to noisy when turning very loud creaking noise
