10.0C'est un très bel appartement, très bien équipé, les literies sont confortables, la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine( vaisselle, produits ménagers, éponges, torchon), les salles de bain ( papier toilette, sèche cheveux, linge de toilette). Il y a une place pour la voiture en souterrain avec un bip. La piscine communautaire est très agréable. Le front de mer est à 5 minutes à pied, il y a un super marché Caprabo à 2 minutes et un magasin où on trouve de tout juste en face du Caprabo. La communication avec l'hôte est très bonne, cordiale, il est très réactif et disponible via WhatsApp. C'est très agréable 👍🏼.

Great off season stay in December for a group of friends
10.0For those unsure about how the rooms are organized: The apartment features 4 bedrooms, 3 of them are downstairs (1 single, 1 with 2 bunk beds and a double), all 3 rooms have doors. There are 2 bathrooms downstairs of which one is accessible from the double. The fourth room is upstairs and also has a double bed but this one has no door. The beds are very comfortable. For us (group of friends) this setup worked well as everyone had their privacy. The apartment's kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge, coffee makers (mokka and filter), toaster, pans and pots. The couches are comfy. The apartment has an accompanying parking lot but we found enough street parking (off season) so as not to need the garrage. The area feels safe. Best part: our host was very kind and accommodating: we had a late night self-check-in with clear instructions. On check out we could take our time to clear out and pack our bags. We rented this apartment in December so we used the air conditioning system to heat it, it worked ok.
