An poorly maintained property at a prime location which is not suitable for family with kids.
5.0The location is the USP of this property. It is very close to the Candolim beach and has prime restuarants/markets at an evening walks length. It has all facilities like AC, drinking water, gas, utensils etc.... It is a very spacious property.
− There are number of things that can be improved 1. The entire building is damped due to rains. All the walls are painted afresh, but you can feel the dampness in the air and the floor when you walk. 2. The bathrooms are very dirty and lighting is very bad. It is akin to a street side bathroom. if the owner were to visit the place, they themselves wouldnt take a bath in that place :) When i cancelled my three days stay to make it one day due to the above situation, the behavior became hostile and the focus was on extracting monetary value out of us rather than visiting on their own and fixing.

10.0My stay experience at this charming Property in Candolim, Goa was awesome. The location was fantastic just a short drive from the beach and close to every pubs, cafe and restaurant and shopping area. The property is bery well maintained with modern amenities to made my stay super comfortable. The Surrounding is very peacful considering the place located close to beach & market. The seamless check in witn caretaker available round the clock with host available just a call away made everything easy. Saurab was readily available online, offering quick assistance whenever needed. Overall it was a wonderful stay ! Highly recommended for anyone seeking a peaceful and convenient stay in Goa.

10.0Mr. Saurabh’s stay is so good..felt homely and the stay had each and everything that we wanted. And what we liked the most is Saurabh called us everyday until we checked out to check on us if we need any stuffs or if anything has to be done…that was a sweet gesture.
− Already told my Frnds and family about the stay and the places everything is nearby itself..and the stay is a budget friendly stay…it has everything loved it…for sure next visiting Goa and I’m gonna book the same stay.
