8.0It's a nice and big apartment with 3 rooms. Very clean and comfortable. Ample of parking and nice view.
− The window was not tinted so the bright light coming in the 3rd room from corridor and master bedroom window altho have curtains it's not thick enough to prevent light. So it's very bright and disturbing our sleep early in the morning. Plus the heat from the sun coming into room. It would be great if the living Hall also have an air conditioning.

− Carpark was difficult to find, air-conditioning was noisy, toilet fixtures are all mounted too high - impractical. Furniture are old.
