− This host is running a scam and hides major issues just to make more money. As soon as we walked in, the balcony was completely closed off for construction (not disclosed), and work started at 7 AM with workers literally on the balcony zero sleep. On the second night at 3 AM, we came back and found the apartment door wide open. We had to call security to check if anyone was inside. Extremely unsafe and unacceptable. The host was completely unresponsive. The lock didn’t work, and the pool is closed Monday–Friday also not mentioned anywhere. One of my sisters wasn’t properly added, or they only allow two people to use the amenities, so she couldn’t access the pool or spa. The front desk staff said this happens all the time with this host—they leave it out to charge higher prices. Parking is $58/day. Very dishonest. Avoid this place at all costs

Location was great and with great views. Building hallways need upgrades, Did not provide any coffee or tea for mornings

− Need upgrade of furniture ( especially the sofa bed) and refurbished of the bathroom and doors.
-Self check in with front desk
-Guests must make sure to leave keys and fob inside the unit on the day of their check-out and submit a picture for visibility. Missing fobs will result in a $250 fee under any circumstances.
-Gym / Spa : open 7 days Monday to Sunday from 6am - 10 pm
-Smoking is strongly prohibited inside all our units. Smoking smell and/or evidence of smoking inside premises will result in a $250 fee.
-Guests are liable for any damage or missing items inside the property. Please leave the unit in good condition to avoid additional fees.
