Everything was good except housekeeping could have been a little better. The whole time we were there they only cleaned one time and I had to ask the front desk for them to come. We had to get linens from the front desk ourselves. And when we checked in the room was not that clean.

The location.

− We had issues multiple times with housekeeping going in the room when we were gone even though we had the sign on the door saying not to enter and left a note in the room right infront of the door for them to not service the room. Instead they would come in, and move the sign as if it wasn’t there. We had to address this with the office at least 3 times. The nighttime clerk raised his voice with my fiance regarding the situation and showed a lack of respect. They also came in and accused us of flooding the room because some water from the shower got on the floor and seeped down into the room below due to the caulking not being done correctly against the bottom of the tub and the water pressure being so high it would spray everywhere. The maintenance man came in, looked at it, and shrugged and just said to not let water get in the crack. He did not fix it. We also were not given the room that we had originally booked because they said they did not have any available and were instead put in a non-upgraded room with no couch or cabinet space for the kitchenette, and the big burner on the stove did not work.

The facility’s interior is old looking & by far, the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed at. Every corner of the room was dirty or stained. There were dead bugs in the kitchen sink, black mold like stains on ceiling, solid things that looked like droppings of some sort & there was an intense smoke smell even though the room was advertised as a smoke free room! Bedding was also dingy & bed was loud and uncomfortable.

I stayed the 9th to the 16th of July not what this says on top

− The pool is closed and on booking’s website it doesn’t say that.

al anochecer en la habitacion empezaron a salir cucarachas de todos los sitio,tubimos que solicitar cambio de habitacion el desayuno inesistente a las 8 de la mañana todo vacio y no reponian nada,solo cafe y malo la piscina cerrada,las camas con sabanas manchadas y sonoras yo que ustedes quitaria este hotel de su paguina

− todo camas,limpieza,plaga de cucarachas,nada en el deayuno,atencion pesima

The room was dirty and falling apart. The bathroom/shower had not been refilled with soap. Trim and baseboard was coming apart off the floors. One of the lights did not work. Breakfast was literally just the waffle makers and a few biscuits and gravy. Juice dispenser was broken, no fruit or pastries and nowhere to get water. The pool was out of order for the entire summer.
