9.0Great location. Clean, today, good facilites and excellent communication from the host. It was a very cold week but the room was perfectly warm and comfortable. All the usual stuff in the kitchen ... oven, hob, microwave, kettle ... didn't use them all but the ones that I did were modern and clean.
− Only two things. The shower was quite weak but the host is trying to get that fixed. It is also at the top of three flights of stairs (with no lift) so could have some accessibility issues. Neither of these negatives comes anywhere near outweighing the good points about the flat!!!!

− The actual flat was great but the entrance was in need of a clean of carpets but not to be put off the flat itself
Pleasant break away
8.0Host was proactive with communication and offering help if needed. The distance to the shops couldn’t be better- you could pretty much hold your breath and reach Primark from the front door of the block!
