− Old uncomfortable mattresses. No pillow protectors Cheap pillows Horrible over powering smelling air freshner plug in. High bath not good for people with mobility issues. No separate shower. Tv no live chanels. Parking a bit complicated. Lift is very iffy dont use it.

Better once the parking problem was resolved.
9.0Key safe on arrival was helpful, but some people may not know what the safe looks like (we have one at home). Lot of late opening stores/restaurants nearby in a car. Request for drying rack and dustpan and brush met extremely quickly.
− I didn't realise from the booking the flat was on the first floor until the day of arrival and panicked a bit. I phoned to ensure there was an elevator for the wheelchair, since I didn't expect one in such a development. I was told I could park anywhere in numbered spaces but was asked by janitor after several days to just use one space consistently. I complained I could not use the disabled spaces and I was trying to park where the slope was not too difficult for the wheelchair. - The disabled bay at the back wasn't practical because there was no ramp onto the pavement. - The disabled bay at the front was being used by somebody else, which the janitor informed me was the flat caretaker, so she moved her car on request. I was then able to use that.
Clean pleasant but the diffuser was a minus and so were the sheets

− They had a diffuser that had a very strong smell that we did not like. In the corridor and in the bathroom. Not pleasant. The sheets in one of the bedrooms had pilling where the feet are making it uncomfortable to sleep. The wifi was not working. We did not receive instructions on how to access the keys and had to call once we arrived. Had sent two emails earlier
