− Staff and some amenities was not appropriate. Its old property not worth it according the money. Outside lamp lights were not working properly. Upstairs room lights were not working. Bathroom flush was shit. Not enough toilet papers. Some heater and room lamps not working appropriately.
Great location for a stay / work in Bodmin
10.0We were working on the hospital in Bodmin and was easy to get to. We didn't use the pool area as by the time we finished work it had shut, which would have been lovely to use to relax us.

10.0We really enjoyed our stay at the lodge! It was super clean, really spacious, and had everything we needed. The Wi-Fi was strong, and the location was great — close to everything. Would definitely stay again!
− The only downside was that ducks left a lot of droppings right outside the lodge, probably because it's so close to their natural habitat by the lake. Next time, we’ll ask for a lodge a bit further from the water.

5.0− Biggest disrespect! Spend 3 nights . House itself was outdated , in need of refurbishing, but overall clean. A lot of smoked cigarettes arround a house outside and ashes . No towels witch looked strange for us . But oh well, it's a small problem. Instructions stated , that before leaving it is needed to clear all rubbishes etc( witch is ok, understandable). Just before leaving, we have taken all rubbishes, washed dishes, cleaned worktops and tables, but for that we are receiving an email( after 3 days) that we have left it in a very bad state so it was needed extra cleaning and safety torches and a a plastic storage box was stolen!! Also we was asked to pay extra £110 for nothing! We could never imagine someone can call as a thieves! Absolute disrespect!
