If you are fair pension house, this might be an okay option. But, they can do better.

− Not well-cleaned .. cob webs are visible. Toilet water also has sediments. Even the floor tiles are not glued properly. The stairs are also uneven which is unsafe.

1.0Nothing that i like. I guess because it's a cheap hotel. That's all!
− You literally get what you pay for. If you choose a cheap hotel, expect cheap service. The entire building smells musty, as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. They offer a breakfast menu, but it’s not available because they told me their cook quit. They have a refrigerator, but no adapter, so you won’t be able to plug it in. They gave us a room on the 3rd floor but didn’t help us carry our 4 suitcases upstairs. Their excuse was that they’re short-staffed. No refunds. I had booked for 5 days, but since I wasn’t happy, I decided to leave after the 2nd day. They told me the 3 days I had paid for were non-refundable. 😔😢 The showers are filthy, and there was no water in the morning. The shower drains are clogged, so when you shower, the bathroom floods with dirty water. There’s no toilet paper, no toiletries, and no silverware. It feels like an unsafe place to stay. I was far from satisfied. There were no blankets, and when I asked for one, they said it would cost extra. There’s no hairdryer, no cable TV, and you have to log in with your personal Netflix account if you want to watch anything or use YouTube as a guest. There’s absolutely no customer service. There’s no elevator, so if you’re staying on a higher floor, be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. There’s no safe to store your valuables, making it feel even more unsafe. When I went to check out, the two bellboys just stared at me while I carried my 4 suitcases downstairs. They didn’t even offer to help. DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING HERE—IT’S A LIVING NIGHTMARE. REDDOORZ IN HELL.

6.0Relatively cheap. Staff friendly and helpful.
− There is a smell of mold. The toilet bowl has no guard and cover. The butt touches the water when you sit. The soap and shampoo too little. Tv did not work. Internet weak especially in the room. Only half of the deposit was returned. I am still owed 500 pesos. No cabinet or shelves to put things.
