Sehr enttäuschend, nun hoffen wir, über Booking.com unser Geld zurü zu bekommen und das diese Unterkunft aus dem Program
1.0Und hat nichts gefallen, weil wir gar nicht rein gekommen sind. Der Vermieter hat keinen Schlüssel Code geschickt und war auch über Telefon nicht erreichbar.
− Wir standen nach 7 Stunden Fahrt vor verschlossener Tür. Überall Müll, alles kaputt und durch die Fenster zu sehen, befand sich das Haus in der Räumung. Eine Nachbarin teilte uns mit, dass der nette Vermieter Paul schon seit einiger Zeit im Gefängnis sitzt und in dem Haus nichts mehr passiert.

− I arrived at the property today, but it is in unacceptable condition. The apartment is damaged, dirty, and full of garbage. It is not possible to stay here. This does not match the listing at all. I request an immediate full refund and assistance in finding alternative accommodation. I have photo evidence.
