A good location if you want the beach

The location is good with the beach and shopping very close.

− The street it’s on is considered a rougher part of town so keep your radar on. There are steep stairs to climb so forget about bringing a large suitcase. Also there was no coffee in the pantry which I consider a big oversight. Lastly the unit is a bit too small for us and it was a bit uncomfortable to stay at for 5 days.

Vert close to Brighton pier and all central locations. Host was friendly and there before us with the keys. The studio has all the amenities you cud ask for and more.

It was an amazing location, right in the centre of Brighton, just a few streets away from the conference I was attending. It was easy to find good food right on the street outside, and the beach was just around the corner. Everything I needed for the stay - towels, toiletries, phone chargers, wifi, etc was provided.

− Be aware that the apartment is extremely bijou - absolutely fine for 1 or 2 people for a few nights, but no more than that I'd say. I stubbed my toe on the futon a few times which made me swear a bit.

the studio is a little gem: location is perfect, almost everything is in a 15 min walk radius. front door is on a busy street, but surprisingly inside is all very quiet, even with the window opened. bed super comfy, I had some serous rest here. washing machine very appreciated
