− Abbiamo chiamato più volte lo staff perché non funzionava il riscaldamento e le risposte non sono state tempestive e risolutive del problema. Alla fine abbiamo dovuto accendere una stufetta elettrica perché nessuno ha acceso il riscaldamento. Il problema è che il tutto viene gestito a distanza. Inoltre il letto a castello è alto e senza scaletta

− The owner informed us afterwards that we had to pay extra fees for bed sheets and towels (which was not specified on the booking website). Toilet Paper was missing as well… There were zero toiletries, which we honestly expected since we had to pay for extras.

Very good accommodation.
9.0Location was great, in a quiet area very near the lifts giving access to the mountains: Punta Giordani, piramide Vincent, Castore, ...Utilities in the apartment were very modern and in top shape. I recommend it!
− a couple of small things: the door of a bedroom didn't close completely, and we had an electricity cut, though it was rapidly solved with the help of a neighbor.
