Appartamento spazioso, luminoso e accogliente. La posizione è perfetta! In un quartiere bellissimo e tranquillo come Gracia, a poche fermate della metro dal centro di Barcellona (si può anche andare a piedi!). Posizione veramente top!

− La biancheria era limitata e mancavano un po' di cose per la cucina (come lo straccio per asciugare i piatti e le tazze grandi per la colazione). Tutto superabile però!

Buon appartamento con pessima gestione

Posizione, tranquillo

− La ragazza del check-in è arrivata con 30 minuti di ritardo nonostante avessimo pattuito l'orario, non ci ha fatto piacere ma sappiamo che i disguidi possono accadere, il problema è che non si è neanche scusata. Ancora più grave è che il bagno fosse pieno di capelli (come nelle foto), abbiamo subito scritto al numero WhatsApp indicatoci dalla ragazza, ma nessuno ha risposto. Dopo 2 giorni abbiamo scritto con la chat di Booking e ci hanno detto che avremmo dovuto segnalarlo prima (ma l'avevamo fatto..) e che non hanno mai avuto lamentele sulla pulizia, sottintendendo che volessimo trarre qualche beneficio. Anche stavolta nessuna scusa. Noi siamo 4 e c'erano solo 3 sedie, quando abbiamo chiesto il motivo hanno detto che sarebbe arrivata quando noi non saremmo più stati li e quinsi ci siamo dovuti arrangiare. Dicono che ci hanno trattato al meglio delle loro possibilità, ma per essere un gruppo professionale e non degli host privati, di sicuro non si sono comportati bene. Tuttl questo è documentato da foto e screenahot delle chat. Le scale sono larghe circa 50 cm e se avete valigie ingombranti bisogna faticare un po'.

Nice apartment in awesome location with slightly under-equipped kitchen

Great location. There is AC in both bedroom and living room, which was great during the heatwave. Beds were quite comfortable. Linen and towels were clean. It was quiet and comfortable in the apartment considering a restaurant on ground floor of the building. The wifi was fast and reliable.

− We updated our booking few days in advance to include additional people, but the apartment was not ready for more people. The cleaning lady arrived with bed linen after the checkin and she prepared the sofa bed. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. It did not even have paper towels. The dishwasher did not work. There was no shower gel available. Key handover was in person, which has obvious downsides from picking up the key from a lockbox or using a key. Person with the key arrived late. We got only one set of keys.

Great location. Sweet wine bar beneath the apartment.

− The furniture was falling apart and the apartment felt neglected. Simple things like a hook to hang towels, a functional ironing board, more complete set of dishes, dish soap and a kitchen sponge, or trash bags were missing. The hanging kitchen light is flickering, surfaces were dusty, and the apartment had an overall feel of disrepair. The owner or manager responded to these concerns with “we’ll contact the cleaning people” with no attempt to remedy the situation for our stay.
