9.0剛好房間看出去就是海景，非常漂亮！！ 雖然床有點小，但睡得非常舒服。兩個人住棉被是提供兩張，非常好！！不會搶棉被🤣 泳池也蠻大的，下水是溫水，很舒服。

Fair. Had to walk outside to commute
5.0Owner was attentive. Restaurant near the bldg sucks.
− Aircon leaking, but the owner said someone cane to fix it but when we arrived from out of town the table was soaked with leaked water.
Great location to enjoy all Cebu has to offer.
9.0Location - central for going out on day trip each day, plus walking distance to supermarket and places to eat. My studio was very generous for one. Kitchenette very well equiped and especially like there was a water cooler so no need to buy water. The pool was huge and water so warm!
− Older property which was evident especially in the gym, equipment old and the treadmill stuck at a huge incline!
