Improve the breakfast and this is easily a 10/10 property.
9.0The view. Wow. Possibly nowhere better in the world to sit and look out at. Beds were super comfortable and shower nice and powerful.
− Could do with some storage in the bedroom and breakfast could do with some more options. One morning we were sent up to Pico as there was event on at hotel and that was a much better breakfast.

10.0Amazing location, right in front of the beach, offering a beautiful view to enjoy during breakfast. Breakfast was simple but good. It's a bit farther from the main center, which makes it quieter, although that may depend on the time of the week/year and how busy the area is.
− The rooms are small and could be improved, for example, by adding a closet or wardrobe. The bathroom was fine.

5.0Right on the beach. Delicious Costa Rican breakfast. Nice open air seating area.
− Know that if you stay here on a Friday or Saturday, there is extremely loud music close by until about 3am. My room also shared a wall with a TV on one side and a kitchen on the other, so not very quiet in the room. My room had a weird mildewy smell.

− the noise level was totally unacceptable ,the music was loud from lunch time till late,i asked if I could have fried eggs rather than scrambled but they said no
