The property is unlivable and a hazard to those staying.
1.0− It was the worst. The air conditioning and microwave didn’t work. The property was very dirty with large stains on the carpets. The sofa was broken. The bathtub wall completely caved in. The pans were scratched and dirty. There was hair in the cutlery drawer. The property owners accepted the problems but stopped responding to the messages after a day of our week long stay.
A nightmare
1.0The property was awful and the owners were uncontactable. They advertised air conditioning and instead have two old portable air conditioned units hanging out of an open window. Linen hanging in the laundry. Very dodgy. The internal temperature on the thermostat was 30 degrees . We spent hours of our time trying to arrange for a refund
