9.0Location was excellent; super value for money; the bathroom facilties were not ensuite (which I knew in advance) but that caused no problems. The bed was comfortable. The host was extremely amicable and helpful

− Missing few things in the bedroom: a bin, empty cupboard: as they are full of stuff from the owner there is no space in the room for our own belongings.
Good value and location for UEA visitors.
