Spacious Apartment, But Privacy Was Not Respected
8.0The apartment is spacious and very well located for visiting the Savitsky Museum. The host was also responsive and generally attentive to our needs throughout our stay, which we appreciated.
− However, cleanliness felt rather superficial and could definitely be improved. The main issue was a serious breach of privacy and security. We booked the apartment and also arranged two tours through the same host. During the second tour, while all of our belongings were still inside, someone entered the apartment, moved in the next guest’s luggage, and left the apartment unlocked. This is something I consider very serious. Regardless of the explanation provided afterward, guests should be able to trust that the apartment they have rented will remain private and secure until checkout. Because of this incident, I would not stay here again.
