10.0La Villa si trova di fronte al lago di Como. Ci sono 2 ettari di parco con alberi secolari meravigliosi. La tranquilita del posto offre un soggiorno incantevole per chi desidera godere di pace nella belleza della natura. L’appartamento è comodo per 2 persone. Ci ha accolto Marzia, una splendida signora, gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni momento, che ci ha dato tutte le spiegazioni. Brava Marzia per la tua disponibilità e grazie di tutto.
− L’appartamento ha odore di chiuso. Suggerisco tenere un po aperte le finestre. L’arredo potrebbe migliorare considerando la belleza del posto.

9.0A beautiful location alongside the lake with magnificent private gardens. The host was very friendly and helpful and the apartment just right sized for 2 people and well fitted out. A unique spot with a real tranquility in what can be a very busy area

10.0Excellent location right on the shores of Lake Como in San Giovanni. Close to a coffee shop/bar and good restaurants. Very easy to use coin/token laundry 2 mins away. Convenient ferries and not far from Bellagio. Well apportioned apartment, with a comfortable bed. Ida, the host was only a pleasure to deal with. Overall a wonderful stay.
