− Aires acondicionados no funcionaban bien. Las camas no son cómodas. Faltan utensilios en la cocina: vasos, platos, etc. El jardín tenía el pasto alto. La zona de jacuzzi de la piscina no funciona y le falta limpieza. La sombrilla de esa misma zona esta en total abandono.

the house is nice. It is located in bejuco which is roughly 30 min from jaco and 50 min from manuel antonio. It is in a gated community and I felt safe. I liked the iguanas in the area as well as the one raccoon we saw. The house is pretty and the outside space was nice. The AC was effective and that was important since it is fairly humid in costa rica. There was a washer and dryer that worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items. The pool was very nice. The community has two bigger pools and those were nice as well.

− The refrigerator was leaking water and then stopped working. It was fixed but we had to ask for a smaller fridge. The hot tub and pool lights was not working the entire time we were there and that was frustrating. The maintenance guy fixed the umbrella by the hot tub bc that was broken too. The beds were a bit hard but overall ok. The bathrooms leak water all over when showering so maybe fix that. The AC in the master was leaking water down the wall but it worked. The community has strict rules for parties so if you want a party house this is not it. There was a lot of bugs and mosquitos, but I think thats just costa rica. The washer dryer was in the garage so when your car is pulled in you cannot access easily so we just parked in the drive way. Overall ok but I wish this host would fix the jacuzzi and pool lights bc that was annoying esp for the price they charge.
