5.0Tight and sunny valley from morning to evening, nice rooms with fan and good matresses, hot water, all as described. Food is delicious, the owners wife very friendly and welcoming. The room served its purpose: for us, because we needed a place to stay for two days while traveling to Gangotri without luggage, and for the landlords, because they made their profit. But that was about it. Nevertheless, we can recommend the accommodation; it is clean and (usually probably) in a quiet location, and meals are provided.
− The owner is an unfriendly jerk; he couldn't even greet us - his only guests who had booked in advance - because he had to check his mobile instead. Did not even look at us first. His main priority, however, was to disconnect the external power supply when we left for an excursion, our mobile phones weren't charged when we came back. What we also didn't like was the the loud chatter outside our room door; relatives of the owner were visiting and it was very lively, so as guests we were more in the way and disturbing by our presence. The meeting only broke up after we asked for quiet at 9:30 pm, but they were offended.
