10.0Kevin sent me the instructions the day before arrival, and they were easy to follow. Kevin also greeted me upon arrival and made sure I knew how to access the property (and showed me around).

10.0The selection of records and sound system were phenomenal! It was nice and warm. And you can see the TV from the couch AND the bed which is nice!
− The furnace kicking on was loud at times.
Convenient hideaway
9.0Fine, easy to find, even in the dark. The little hideaway itself is very nicely appointed, the record collection and the nice furniture are cool, the bathroom and other areas are very clean. I didn’t need a washer/dryer, but that's always a perk. The free CCS EV charger saved me a lot of trouble!
− It’s strange to enter through the messy garage, especially at night. The fact that the apartment has a blocked staircase to the upstairs but I didn’t know anything about who or what was up there made me slightly uneasy. I imagine that women traveling alone would not be comfortable staying in this place.

6.0Comfortable bed, living, dining, kitchen and bathroom
− Entrance was through a garage where the owner parked his electric car with charger. Thankfully he did not plug it in the night we were there. The listing does not include that fact. And the patio shown was not accessible from the apartment. The “garden view” was through a basement window and all I saw was a lawn.
Everything was great except for the small animal.
7.0No breakfast but close to where I was taking a workshop so very convenient.
− It sounded like there was a cat/ small dog in the room above where I was staying. It played until after 12:00 a.m. which made it very hard to go to sleep as the skittering, vibration and sound definitely made its way into my space.
