8.0The flat is neat and clean. Great location near the bus station with easy access to the train station. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a market just a 2-minute walk away, making it easy to buy daily necessities. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

10.0The location was fine. Had a few amazing restaurants within a 10 minute walk. Clean and modernized unit.
− Everything was great. I always just feel there should be more decor to warm up these types of units, (ie. Plant or picture on wall ) but that’s probably just my personal preference. 😊
Winterhur experience.
9.0Spacious comfortable unit with kitchen facilities. We were unsure about access and made a call to the site contact. He was immediately available and assisted with all our requirements, an absolute pleasure to deal with.
− There is only street parking, which during the day is restricted to two hour parking. A time indicator is required, available at service stations, to show the time you parked. We were unaware of this and received a parking ticket.

10.0- Близько від вокзалу (пішки 10-15хв); - Безконтактне заселення; - Тихо, гарна звукоізоляція; - В помешканні є все необхідне і при цьому мінімалізм; - Чисто.
− - Гарно було б якби були одноразові капці і можливо халати; - Виселення по можливості зробити не о 10:00, а о 12:00;

Very nice appartement, modern but parking is an issue
9.0Modern, recently renewed, big size, washermachine (and even dryer) and nice extra's like smart TV
− You werent able to pay for parking so you could just use the parking card which you have to move every hour which was a pain in the ass. The owner mentioned there is also no private parking to the property - you can also quite see that the renovation was done with not the most detailed attention as the table was wobbly and some furniture were not installed right
