Location couldn’t get any better, plenty of room for 6 people, house has a good lay out, was nicely presented on arrival with lights on, tv playing some relaxing coastal clip, felt welcoming,

− Everytime you opened a cupboard in the kitchen, a musky smell punched you in the face, as did the cupboard under the sink in the bathroom, there was SOOOOO many white ants, had to shake them on clothing before getting dressed, the door out to the deck on bedroom balcony has a huge build up of mould all over the handle. The bathrooms are well over due for a update, you almost washed your hands the same time you wiped your bottom the toilet water was that full. We opted to use the public toilet across the road due to being worried a blockage may happen.

Location Staff trying rectify fan issue

− Cockroaches were out of control No ceiling fans or aircon Dirty Carpark was not sufficient but was told It would be fine! Street parking was not an option as there was a carnival on so extremely busy!

Loved the position, facilities, beds, kitchen appliances, plenty of crockery, cutlery, bonus cling wrap etc. Furniture also great for a group. Will definitely be back.

− Needed more toilet rolls, garbage bags, wash up liquid, washing powder, could have extra towels too, but we washed some anyway. Not major, but we did need to buy more of the above. Curtains could do with a wash.
