Keys were in an easy to find & access lock box. We arrived a few minutes early & met the hosts family who were really welcoming & friendly .

− We were happy with everything especially after a review had put a few worries there but for us all it had everything .

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Absolutely filthy!!! Dangerous black mould throughout the property on ceilings and windows. Bathrooms were disgusting and looked as if they had not been cleaned for years. Garden was overgrown with green waste everywhere. The childs swing was extremely unsafe and rusty. The garden is not enclosed and backs onto a campsight. Lazyspa not hottub. The pool table was ripped and the balls were chipped, table tennis table was broken. Jukeboc broken.Extremely unhelpful host. Booked for 4 nights but left after 1 night due to health concerns. The pictures are unrealistic, this is not a nice place

The location was fabulous, surroundings quiet ,private . The house was lovely but a little tired , it could be fabulous but I do understand that people don't respect the property when it isn't their own. The owner did ask if we wanted an earlier check-in which I asked for, they agreed but upon arrival the cleaner ( owners mother in law ) was a little put out , when I explained, she said " give me half hour " which wasn't a problem but her mannerisms could have been a little better, the main lounge carpet smelt like dog pee , which we took our dogs but they don't have accidents , again it's the people who stay & don't respect other people's property. Overall, very happy with our stay .

The house was comfortable, large with plenty of space, clean, our pooch loved the large garden. The welcome pack was a nice touch.

− A few things were a little tired, which I suppose is to be expected with the amount of different people who stay there and the quick turn around of guests. A few things didn't work, like the hot tub, the jukebox and gym equipment, we couldn't get the cinema to work either but that might be our inability. There was a room full of dvds but no dvd player. I mean non of this affected our stay to be honest.
