10.0Very spacious and clean . kitchen well equipped . lots of beach chairs and other Beach amenities . Nice pool and tennis courts that we used every day. It is a 15 minute drive to Siesta Key Beach.

Double booking nightmare
1.0− They double booked and gave up our villa last minute leaving me scrambling for anything else for my family including my toddler in a city we were visiting for our first time and had just flew in. They sent me a message saying it’s been double booked and they already gave the room away to someone else. When booking reached out to them several times they didn’t answer the phone and left me and my family hanging on what to do. They also wanted me to cancel the booking on my end so I can get charged a penalty for canceling on the day of check in. Total nightmare!
