10.0The owner was very helpful provided recomendations for local visit. He was understanding and even allowed to check out late, because our flight was in the evening. Best stay.

9.0All we needed for to the upkeep was present and clean. Very nice and welcoming host who also gave a couple tips to do on the island. He also left a family gathering about an hour drive from the apartment because we almost lost the key. So, big 👍 for him! Location is top, two busstops around the corner with good connections to both Maspolomas and Las Palmas. And Vecindario is a small cosy town with everything you meed walking distance away.
− The dishwasher didn't flush the dishes properly anymore so we manually did the dishes. In Vecindario, people struggle with English for it isn't a touristy area. You help them out greatly of you can speak some Spanish. But they make up for their lack of English with friendliness and good service. We had a great visit.
