Not the nices place but good for a short quick stay
6.0The location is perfect, close to KC station but not too close to be a nuisance. The instructions and access to the building was spot on and no complains from my end on access and staying in the residence
− A bit of a steep price for the space and room availble. Really cramped place with difficulty to move around as the bed, kitchen and bath are all too together. Not sure I would repeat a stay here but it was ok for a short stay.
Generally a good budget stay for 1 person in Central London

The place is very simple and small, only for one person and short stays.
7.0Good location, near King's Cross. The owner answered my questions very quickly.
− The Italian restaurant shown in the photos is very old and very different than it appears on the images. There are lots of stairs to get into the apartment. I had a big suitcase and it was very difficult to take it there. The apartment is not so beautiful as it appears on the pictures. The walls need a new painting. The heating sometimes made a lot of noise, and also the trains can be heard each 5 minutes. The description says there is a dining area and a desk and seating area, but does not disclose they are the same. There is only one old chair to seat and there is no wardrobe or closet. There is a washing machine in the building, but the dryer only centrifuges the clothes and you have no place to hang them. I stayed 25 days in the apartment and there were no towels or linens to be changed. When I asked the owner about that, he said I should pay 60 pounds by bank transfer, but no credit card accepted. When I got there the TV was not working and it took about 5 days to have it changed.
