5.0Location was good and convenient. Staff was hospitable and helpful.
− I booked a deluxe room and it was not up to my expectations. I cannot imagine a room of that size could pass off as Deluxe. As per the tariff card at the reception, the tariff for a deluxe room would have been Rs 5000/- which is exorbitant for a room of that size with bare minimum amenities. Tea/coffee/sugar sachets were just a formality. Dingy corridors, with cleaning carts, broom, mop etc kept right outside the room door. Bathroom was dingy, with the towel rail literally hanging by a string and nothing other than a mini soap bar in the name of toiletries. And bathroom wasn't sparkling clean either. Simple breakfast but arranged in the so called lobby of the hotel itself which was a bit unusual and unnerving. Overall a mostly disappointing experience.
