10.0المكان تحفه والخدمات مختلفه عن السنين إللى فاتت بورتو اتغيرت كتير والاداره شركة جديده الحقيقه اتفجئنا بكل حاجه حتى الشاطيء رمله وميه نظيفه ومقسمين الناس كل جزء فى المخصص له الملاك المستأجرين التايم شير والأجمل طبعا مدام هويدا إنسانه محترمه وحريصه على إسعادنا ومتابعه جيده لينا فى كل حاجه بصراحه تحفه وهتكرر تأنى
− ريحه المفروشات مكمكمه والحاكوزى احتاج صيانه يوم ونص تقريبا بس لكن كله حلو

Worst experiance ever, DO NOT BOOK!

− Worst booking experience ever. The host was very unpleasant, with un realistic request. Made the process so difficult, she raised the price to double and when I asked to cancel the trip she refused to refund me the money. The host was passive aggressive, with a disrespectful undertone and hint of racism. I tried to complain but booking said there is little they can do. I ended up paying double for a trip that I never got to go. I stayed in many places around the world, using multiple platforms, and this has been the worst!!

The guest must send his ID card to the property before arrival . and If the guest does not have Egyptian nationality, he must send a copy of his passport .Managed by a private host
