Family loved the space and Nonna loved the ease

This rental space is perfect for family traveling together, with comfortable features and lovely artistic touches throughout. The space is basic, as one would expect from a 100 year old home, but it also literally feels like you’re at home. The apartment is well provisioned, and included amenities like towels, washcloths, shampoo and conditioner, and body wash, which are pretty standard. What stood out was that the kitchen had all the items that you need to prepare a full meal, and included basic spices, coffee, and sugar, so you can basically show up with some groceries and have a great weekend without any hassle. The communication for check in and check out had the hallmarks of a capably-designed AI chatbot and made the experience easy. I’m in Pittsburgh often and will be looking to stay again in the future.

I really enjoyed the feel of the apartment in this old Victorian home! There were plenty of beds to choose from, nice living room, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen etc. I chose staying here over a hotel and I'm glad I did. It was very cozy and welcoming. The location is great, on a quiet street across from a park, and still close to everything PGH has to offer!

− Only had minor issues- -The door to use is on the side of the home, it took me a minute to figure that out. There should be a note posted on the main front door to use the door on the right side of the building. -It snowed and neither the stairs nor the sidewalk were cleared. -A family of 3 stayed upstairs, one being a small child. It was very loud while they were running around and playing, however, they were quiet during sleeping hours, thankfully. But if you do not want to hear other people in the building, don't stay in the 2nd-floor apartment. -I didn't bring a blow dryer because it was listed in the accommodations. No hair dryer in the unit. Truly just nitpicking here, I really did enjoy my stay and love the apartment.

− Someone stole our phone. House was very dirty. Refrigerator was gross. Our bed sheets on 1 bed had blood stain., gross. If you had to cook there, ther was 5 forks, 3 spoons & 3 butter knives. And no hair dryer like it said.. No dish towels or dish rag & no dishwasher soap.

We had a great time, place was very nice, location worked great for us.

Great location!

− The several of the towels appeared as though they could use replacing. Some had rust or other stains. The place was lovely but could use a deep cleaning.
