We are delighted to recommend this property. The setting is absolutely beautiful and offers a unique and memorable experience for guests. What particularly stood out to us was the hosts' responsiveness, professionalism, and willingness to assist. Communication was always prompt and friendly, and they consistently demonstrated a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. We truly appreciate their support and dedication and would happily recommend this property to future travellers looking for a special place to stay.

The only positive aspect of this property is its beautiful, well-maintained garden. Unfortunately, that is where the positive experience ends.

− Our stay in the Old Priest’s House was deeply disappointing. The house had a strong musty smell, and there were numerous dead caterpillars and insects on the floor. Instead of feeling cozy or full of character, it felt neglected and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the complete lack of hot water. We only discovered this late in the evening after returning from a long day of sightseeing. I was traveling alone with my two children, so this was not just an inconvenience—it was a very stressful situation. We immediately tried to contact the owner, but there was no response for a long time. We were left without any help while trying to figure out what to do late at night. When the owner finally replied, instead of apologizing or trying to resolve the problem, we were informed at around 11:00 p.m. that we should leave the property the following morning. Then, at approximately 5:30 a.m., the owner repeated the same demand. We were visiting the Isle of Skye during the peak summer season, when accommodation is in extremely high demand. Finding another place to stay at such short notice was almost impossible, especially while traveling alone with two children. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we were left worrying about where we would sleep the following night. What disappointed us most was not only the lack of hot water, but also the complete absence of support and empathy when we reported a serious problem. Guests should never be made to feel that reporting an issue will result in being asked to leave. Considering the price we paid and the experience we had, I believe this property is significantly overrated. The beautiful garden cannot compensate for the poor condition of the house, the lack of basic amenities such as hot water, or the way guests are treated when problems arise. There are many other places on the Isle of Skye that offer much better value, comfort, and hospitality. I would strongly recommend choosing one of them instead.

The rooms are very specious and all modern comfort available. Also the houses have multiple bathrooms which is very convenient.
