Clean, warm and very convenient for what we needed.
8.0Very clean. It was like going back in time! Nothing fancy, but everything you’d need - spare blankets, heater! We didn’t spend much time there but it was very convenient and very good value for money.
− The outside shared toilet would challenge some people, especially in winter.
Beautiful farmstay near Pemberton
10.0Farm animals, dam with ducks and frogs, fire pit, nini golf, well equipped kitchen, good location
− It's a lodge so bathroom, living room and kitchen are shared. We were ok with that but just to manage expectations. Also no aircon in the rooms.
A great location with access to a full house. Enjoyable stay sharing space with friendly guests
7.0I enjoyed spending 4 days at Warradale. I was able to do some computer work as well as relax. Wonderful to have access to a full kitchen and big lounge area. Lovely to enjoy meals and spend time with other guests. I used the location as a drop off/pick up point for my son who was walking the Bilbbulmum track (Donnelly River to Balingup. I enjoyed visiting Manjimup, Donnelly River, Bridgetown and Balingup, as well as walking through the surrounding forests.
− It's a little unclear how to find reception, particularly in the dark. It would be great for some lights showing the way to reception. Our room was simple and mattresses comfortably soft, but the roof did leak a little during a storm, granted it was a once in a 5 year storm.

8.0Proximity to the region that I wished to explore.
− I personally found the pillows were of budget standard and were too soft for my liking. Much firmer pillows should be stored for use if required in the cupboards.
Good value, self catering suits groups
7.0A good value back packers style accommodation with full size bunks. Warm lounge and separate dinning and kitchen areas. Access to washing and plenty of safe parking.
− One toilet for the household but did not appear to be a problem.
