7.0Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und schick eingerichtet, mit 2 Bädern und einer zusätzlichen separaten Toilette für 4 Leute fast schon übertrieben. Für 2 Paare oder 2 Personen, die die Wohnung als eine Art WG nutzen wollen, sehr gut geeignet. Es gibt zum Beispiel neben Waschmaschine und Trockner auch Wäscheständer, Wäschekorb und Waschmitteltabs, das hat man selten. Auch dir Küche ist gut eingerichtet, die Duschen sehr angenehm, die Matratzen bequem. 3 min entfernt fahren häufige Busse kostenlos Richtung Innenstadt, Fahrtzeit ca. 15 min. Alles war sehr sauber, das Haus sehr ruhig. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat gut geklappt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in einer Shopping Mall 15 Fußweg (oder 5 min Bus) entfernt.
− Für Deutsche ist es eher ungewohnt, sich eine Bettdecke (wenn auch sehr groß) zu teilen, für Teenager unterschiedlichen Geschlechts ggf. nicht so prickelnd. Ersatzdecken waren nicht zu bekommen, es gab dann den Tipp, eine selbst zu kaufen. Die Gegend rund um das Hochhaus ist eine ziemliche Baustellen-Mondlandschaft (April 2026), eine Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Nachts hört man diverse Brumm- und Piepgeräusche, Schlafen mit offenem Fenster nicht möglich. Es kamen diverse Dokumente zum Mietvertrag auf französisch, das kann einen schon nervös machen.

9.0Conforto. Segurança. Insonorização. Luminosidade. Zonas espaçosas. Limpeza no geral boa. Casa bem apetrechada e com decoração muito agradável.
− Obras na rua, apesar de a casa ter excelente insonorização. Forno sujo por dentro, o que sugere algum descuido na limpeza geral.
