I was very happy with my accommodations and hosts. The location worked well for me.
9.0The design is well thought out and units fully supplied with a small kitchen/fridge , towels etc. There are limited spaces available so it is not crowded. The hosts are very kind and thoughtful. They are ready to make your stay as comfortable as can be.
− It is at the top of a steep hill. A little hard to manage if you’re a “certain” age.

9.0The best part of staying at Arcoiris is the staff. Humberto and Jesus were attentive to all our needs. The room was comfortable and supplied with everything we needed. Additionally the owners are fully committed to a "green" lifestyle and their many additions to that end are truly appreciated. I was a bit under the weather when we arrived at Arcoiris and Humberto provided every request for help, bringing special foods and medications to our room. Thanks for all your help and we wish you all the best .

10.0It was a beautiful oasis with a stunning view. Very helpful friendly hosts. You can purchase a delicious home cook breakfast, different each day. A short walk to restaurants, store and La Ropa beach and the Combi bus.

Beautiful place to stay near La Ropa Beach (most lovely Beach in Zihua)
9.0Humberto & Jesus were attentive to every small detail; from the comfy bed to the unparalleled view and great breakfasts. The rooftop pool was perfect and we used it almost daily. They had nice touches like filtered water, lots of hangers in closets, well-outfitted kitchenette including coffee maker, fridge, microwave, room safe, free wifi and flatscreen TV with Netflix and ability to cast from smartphone. As well, clothesline and access to fresh linens at anytime for beach or shower. Lots of plugs in near bed. Assistance offered for taxis, dining, tours, etc. Lots of good eateries nearby, especially, Las Adelitas and Oxo variety store down street.
− The hill to hotel is steep; we are seniors and unless you are fit, you might find it alot. Just something to keep in mind.

− Tell guests that hot water takes a while to come, we almost gave up! Would surely stay again though.
