9.0Very good location, near to the center and also very near to the beach.
− There wasn't elevator, stairs to the third floor was very thin and not very clean. The apartment was ok, but the couch wasn't very confortable. We had to clean apartment by ourselves but there weren't cleaning agents and supplies. In the kitchen was just one really small knife and just small cups..not enough big cups for tea.
Great value apartment
10.0Lovely top floor apartment in a great location to explore Kristiandsand. Cheapest option at the time of my stay and still very clean and provided everything I could need so great value for money. Hosts are friendly and easy to deal with and the lockbox entry allowed for an easy late arrival. They do not provide bedding or towels but as I had a sleeping bag and towel this was not an issue. There is an extra charge for this to be provided.
− A blind over the skylight in the bedroom would be helpful as it gets light very early. Otherwise bring an eye mask.

2.0The location was nice, close to all necesities.
− !!!BE CAREFUL!!! They do not provide bed sheets, you need to bring your own or rent them for 300NOK. ALSO it says in the add they have a washing machine. IT IS NOT IN THE APARTMENT AND YOU HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 300NOK TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES. Which is a big rip off. They do not have a trash can and there was already trash on the kitchen board when I cam in probably from previous tenants.(pic attached) And somebody did some stuff in the toilet and not flushed. Not a great experience.(pic attached)
