9.0Close to the beach and aesthetic room. Organised transport from the airport, including a boat right up to the hotel!
− Not enough power outlets in the room/ near to the bed. Air con unit was a bit confusing to use at first.

9.0La situación en frente del mar es una auténtica pasada. Puedes comer o cenar en su restaurante en la misma arena de la playa y la comida es muy rica. Nora en la recepción te ayuda y aconseja en todo lo que necesites. El personal es muy atento y amable, hay una escuela de Padi para bucear, los fondos marinos son increíbles.

10.0Nice little hut house with very clean room and nice semi-outside bathroom. Nice pool area and a few meters from the beach. Very helpful and nice staff. Nora organized our private return to Lombok. Some lovely cats made our stay even more enjoyable!

Warm hospitality and the most beautiful sunset
10.0I stayed on Gili Island for the first time with three friends for five days. We stayed in a family bungalow that could accommodate three people. The staff were all kind, courteous, and truly hospitable. Whenever the three of us requested items we needed during our stay—such as chairs or an electric kettle—they arranged them for us right away. They also always gave us detailed advice on sightseeing and transportation. It was also wonderful that we could walk straight from our room to the beach to watch the beautiful sunset every day, and that they prepared a lovely bonfire for us every evening. The staff at the front desk arranged everything for us—from transportation and bike rentals to activities—which made our stay truly comfortable. The island is small, so you can explore it safely by bike or on foot. If we ever travel to Indonesia again and visit Gili Island, we would definitely stay at this hotel once more to experience its warm hospitality and kindness. We are grateful for the wonderful stay we had. 私は友人3人と初めてギリ島に5日間滞在しました。 3人で宿泊できるファミリーバンガローに泊まりました。 スタッフの方々はみんな親切で丁寧でおもてなし精神に溢れる方々でした。 3人で滞在中足りない物品（例えば椅子や電気ケトルなど）をリクエストするとすぐにアレンジしてくださいました。 観光案内や移動し手段もいつもきめ細やかなアドバイスをくれました。 また部屋からすぐに海岸に行って綺麗な夕陽を毎日見れたこと、美しい焚き火を毎日用意してくれた事も素晴らしかったです。 ホテルのデスクの方々が、移動手段、レンタル自転車、アクティビティの何もかもを手配してくれて、本当に快適に過ごすことができました。 島は小さいので安心して自転車や徒歩で散策できます。 私たちはまたインドネシア旅行をしてギリ島に訪れたら、また必ずこのおもてなし精神と優しさ溢れるこのホテルを利用したいと思います。 素晴らしい滞在ができたことに感謝しています。
− シャワー室がトイレと一体型なので、シャワーを使うと床全体が水で濡れてトイレに行くときに困ったり、脱衣場がないので困りましたが、ホテルの方に追加の椅子を置いていただいたらだいぶ改善しました。
