− Loose floorboard on landing needs urgent attention sink outlet in bathroom is slow - needs unblocking handrail needed for stairs No microwave or hairdryer? Instructions for appliances / heating and hot water required Sparsely furnished in the 2 smaller bedrooms. Bedroom 3 needs at least hooks on walls and a mirror. Bedroom 2 needs a small dressing table. Bedroom 3 mattress not firm enough.
