9.0Nähe zum Strand, mehrere Terrassen, sehr zuvorkommender und sehr hilfreicher Service der Hausverwaltung, Gastfreundlichkeit (es war alles da, was man brauchte, um eine erste italienische Mahlzeit und Kaffee vor Ort zu geniessen - in der Vorsaison hat sich das sehr bewährt).
− Spülmaschine fehlte, in der Vorsaison gab es nur ein fussläufig erreichbares überteuertes Restaurant.
