9.0Central location in Dartmouth and very comfortable with lots of character and pretty front garden
− Parking an issue as mentioned previously but we did manage to get our medium sized car in the garage although a struggle. We stayed at the cottage when the weather was really hot so being able to open all the windows was a necessity but the window in the smaller bedroom would not open and was jammed shut via the central locking screw.

9.0Lovely cosy cottage in the centre of Dartmouth. Excellent facilities and very clean. Great location, we loved it.
− The parking was a garage some distance away from the cottage, with difficult access, only suitable for a small car. We were unable to use it

− Parking was possible outside but only if your lucky: though we were and left car there for 4days. There is a garage relatively close which is ok but reverse down road towards it as it is wider for parking. I got a BMW X3 in it but not for faint hearted. But don’t let me put you off

8.0Great location and relaxing atmosphere
− Needs more cooking equipment, there was only 1 pan large enough to cook veg in and lack of large utensils eg fork. So took me an hour to cook 3 veg for meal. Not enough serving bowls. That’d cost about £10 to provide. To note, the radiator in living room was leaking.
