Good value for the price, but the incorrect address and unclean room at check-in need improvement.
5.0The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The price was reasonable, and once the room was cleaned, it was comfortable. The host responded and cleaned the room after I notified them.
− The address provided was incorrect, so it took me a while to find the property because it was on the next block. Also, the room was not clean when I arrived, and I had to wait for it to be cleaned before I could settle in.

− The key to the room did not work. The staff were very inconsiderate and unhelpful with finding a solution or helping me with access to the room. I ended up paying for a room I never had access to and they refused to provide a refund. I do not recommend this listing and they should be held accountable for their horrific service.
