The apartment is exceptionally clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It would be suitable for a whole month stay. Two bedrooms are large, well separated, with a lot of storage space. The kitchen is fully equipped, even for the most demanding holiday cooking passionado (which I'm not). It was well cleaned when we came in, and then the bedding and the towels were changed sooner than what we would've noticed they should. My objective for this holiday was not to drive to the beach and that one was ticked off big time. The beautiful beach of Barbati is just two minutes walk away; you can chose between the local driveway or stairs to get to the beach, so it's very safe. The main road is further above the apartment complex. The slope (or the stairs) can be a bit challenging for people with walking difficulties, but it worked just fine for us. The reserved parking is a dozen steps away, so it was easy to get to the car to go to shops or bars in a village 5-minutes drive away, or to visit the Corfu town (half-an-hour ride). The host was very kind and promptly responsive; although very discrete, she gave away the feeling of being readily available if needed. The beach of Barbati is beautiful, although I wouldn't chose it when our kids were toddlers. It's pebbled beach with deep waters starting rather soon, which was perfect for us, as we enjoy some proper swimming (and the kids are actually painfully close to adulthood). There's a few beach bars to chose from; they're all great, so it's really up to a preference for the colour of the sun beds to chose from (sounds spoiled, but that's what we went for, to get spoiled). The beach is actually so nice that we didn't even bother checking out the swimming pool (I saw it once in the passing, looked clean, well maintained and empty:)

Апартаменты отличные: чистые, просторные и укомплектованные всем необходимым для длительного проживания. В жару комфортно находиться в помещении, поскольку это цокольный этаж и не нагревается так сильно, как второй. Управляющая апартаментами - Ирина приготовила нам Welcome bonus, состоящий из разных сладостей, кофе, чая. Было очень приятно почувствовать себя желанными гостями!

− Не хватало открытой террасы или балкона, но в таком случае номер был бы менее просторный и комфортный для 4-х человек

Все было замечательно Управляющая апартаментами - Ирина по совместительству организовывает прекрасные индивидуальные экскурсии, знакомит с островом и помогает прочувствовать атмосферу этого чудесного места. Особая благодарность в организации ДР - поездка в аутентичную таверну с национальной кухней. Мы погрузились в семейную греческую атмосферу с музыкой, танцами и местными традициями.
