8.0Mycket bra AC, välstädat, stor och bra tv som man kan casta ifrån, att det fanns det man behövde i lägenheten, mycket bra info från uthyrarna, gott om garderober, lugnt område
− Sängen, fanns inget riktigt täcke, behöver en hylla i badrummet (fanns ingenstans att ställa eller lägga t ex tandborstarna och tandkrämen, läget är problematiskt om man har svårt att gå (riktigt branta backar)

10.0Полноценные апартаменты. Удобная кровать, гостиная с огромным телевизором. Есть посуда, капсулы для кофе, для посудомоечной машины, для стиралки. В холодильнике было заботливо оставлена бутылка воды. Есть и сушилка и стиралка, есть утюг. Прекрасный балкон для утреннего кофе. Кондиционеры в обоих комнатах
− Санузел немного тесноват. Раковина очень маленькая и неудобно в ней даже зубы чистить. Вентиляция в санузел выходит в никуда - просто в нишу без вытяжки)))

8.0Nice apartment not far away from the waterfront as well as from Baluta Bay, situated in a quiet and residential street. Fully equipped (even with a wash machine), much space and pefect for a relaxed stay. Balcony included. We would stay there again.
− Communication could be better. You receive very long emails with too much information, but the question if we could have a second keycard was only answered after the 2nd attempt (by the way, a second keycard is "against the policy"). And we didnt't want to watch TV during our holidays, but we have asked ourselves why there is a huge television flat screen in the apartment when there is no TV reception.
