2.0遅くなる連絡をしていたが、到着後インターホンを押す様に表示されていた通りに押してもどなたも現れず。仕方なく電話してみても繋がらず。受付は夜11時とあり、まだ範疇。30分程して現れた受付からは言葉で謝罪はあったが、いつまで待たされるのか分からない不安と疲れもあり、最悪な気分だった。インターホンが壊れているとしても、せめて電話の転送くらいしておいて欲しかった。宿泊客に何かあった時の危機管理は、どうなっているんでしょうか。正直、怖いなと思いました。
