Lovely location. Decoration was okay but could be better

− Main bedroom en-suite no ventilation. No openable window( handle removed), toilet seat not fitted correctly and moving. Coat hangers are free dry cleaning ones and not enough. No simple shower toiletries. No simple “welcome pack / how to” folder. Dining room seats have very loose legs ( very dangerous). No simple coffee/tea/ sugar supplied. Kitchen sink blanking cap loose. The lack of ventilation in the bathrooms caused the fire alarms to sound in the apartment twice because the steam from the showering cause an issue with the sensors. The lack of ventilation in windowless bathrooms is a breach of building regs. WiFi is non existent and telephone signal is poor. And yes, I can still report, only three forks in a six bed apartment. Such a shame there seems a lack of interest from the owner. This could be such a good apartment!

The cleanliness and location

− A bedside lamp and the ability to have an open window for the main bedroom. It was very muggy but no ventilation was possible as the handle to open the window has been removed

Spacious apartment Safe Parking Easy host-less checking in with clear instruction. Quiet location and beach/ town within easy walking distance. Great for golfers as courses across the road. Appt will accommodate 6 persons easily.

− Lack of Hot Water. Main Bedroom no opening window/door (and there was a smell coming from the bathroom drains) which is also a fire hazard. Door has no handle! 1 towel each for 3 days showering TV Terrible reception and WIFI slow (1.7 bps on app test) Was expecting to see the golf course from the apartment as the pictures would suggest however don’t be fooled. Apartment looks onto the Car park. Needs a deep clean. On arrival the light shades have dust and cob webs hanging off them. Not great first impression. Lack of basic utensils in kitchen, no bread knife or colander, and could do with better quality clothes hangers.
